The project will improve pedestrian access and connectivity between Mediterranean Avenue, the Rudee Loop Walkway and Pacific Avenue.
Underground the overhead utilities
Install new water, sewer and stormwater infrastructure
Create a continuous 9-foot wide sidewalk on the south side of the street and a continuous 5-foot wide sidewalk on the north side of the street
Provide on-street parallel parking on the north side of the street
